Substitution, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, the availability of certain flowers in different parts of the country requires making substitutions to design your bouquet. Using flowers of equal value, we take care to preserve the arrangement’s design, theme, and color scheme. Additionally, because of the increased demand, particularly during major holidays, we may need to substitute some keepsake items. We will try our best to match the flower type in single-flower arrangements, like an all-rose bouquet or orchids, but we may choose a different hue.

Delivery

Each order will be subject to a local delivery fee for each address. (This fee may change for deliveries outside of our local delivery region. A wiring fee may also be added to each order. To ensure same-day delivery, U.S. orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone. Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next day.

Although we cannot guarantee it, we will try our best to arrange deliveries at particular times of the day.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be done prior to delivery. Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any deposit or money received. If an item is damaged upon receiving the order, please notify us immediately, and we will replace it with the same item or a similar one with equal value.

Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns or give refunds on food items or balloons.
  • All wedding bouquets, corsage and boutonniere designs, and event arrangements are final. For these items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
  • All plant purchases are final. We do not accept plant returns.
  • You may return potting soil, amendments, pottery, and other durable goods in unused condition with a receipt.
  • We cannot be held responsible for conditions affecting the health of your plants once they have left our care.

Refund Policy

Please tell us within 24 hours after delivery if a product significantly deviates from your original purchase in terms of quality and features (i.e., does not adhere to our substitution policy), and we will make arrangements for the following:

  • a pick-up and re-delivery of the product if available,
  • or re-deliver a product of equal or greater value; or
  • issue store credit of equal value;
  • A full refund will be issued after the product is returned within seven (7) business days.

If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
